Jenkinsons property team have been managing properties since 2014 and currently manage 100’s of properties. We have a designated Property Management team separate from the Sales and Lettings function with the sole objective of ensuring each property is being professionally managed within.

The Full Management service includes all aspects of the Letting service with the addition of:

  • Full Photographic Inventory and Schedule of Condition upon move in date (Fees may apply)
  • Updating all utilities & council of change of occupancy & liability
  • Monthly rental collection
  • Monthly rental statements on account
  • First point of contact for tenants at all times
  • Quarterly Photographic Property Inspection using our iPad and app software
  • After authorisation, arranging quotes and property repairs
  • Arranging and administrating Periodic Tenancy Renewals
  • Arranging Checkouts
  • Delegate property to lettings team for re-let prior to checkout
  • Providing photographic Checkout Report against initial inventory
  • Arranging & Administrating Deposit return
  • Move in new tenant
